AquaShield Australia Pty Ltd forms part of the AquaShield group of companies. Ownership is held through AquaShield Singapore and other AquaShield entities, all subsidiaries of Guangdong Deerma Technology Group, a publicly listed company.

AquaShield was originally part of Royal Philips of The Netherlands before it became a separate brand-licensed entity in 2018.
